O 7 e 8 de xaneiro teñen lugar as Festas Patronais, principalmente o 7 honrase ó patrón do lugar, San Xulián, coa celebración dunha misa seguida de procesión. É tradición que os veciños, engalanados con traxe e garabata, saian en grupos pola mañán a percorrer A Illa ata altas horas da madrugada.
