Galicia prepara una propuesta promocional innovadora e interactiva para la Expo de Zarazoga

La propuesta gallega para la Expo Internacional de Zaragoza 2008 será "innovadora e interactiva", según adelantó el director xeral de Turismo, Rubén Lois. Además la muestra contará con gran presencia de "la naturaleza, la gastronomía y las denominaciones de origen" de la comunidad. La temática de la Expo este año se centrará en el agua y en el desarrollo sostenible, y Galicia, como explica Rubén Lois, es una autonomía "profundamente vinculada al agua".

Además, el pabellón gallego organizará otras actividades como espectáculos en la calle, exhibiciones de danza contemporánea o conciertos de música, con estilos diversos que abarcarán desde lo más tradicional a las "últimas tendencias", según señaló el director xeral de Turismo.

La feria, que se inaugurará el 14 de julio y se clausurará el 14 de septiembre del año siguiente, ya ha vendido 1,9 millones de entradas, pero la organización espera una afluencia que supere los seis millones de visitantes. En la exposición participarán un total de casi 100 países de todo el mundo. La fecha reservada para la jornada de la Comunidad gallega será el 18 de julio de 2008.
